How we handle the personal data you send us through this website.
AutoMPS LLP, 8th Floor, Corporate House, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad - 380054, India, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. AutoMPS EU represents AutoMPS LLP locally in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. For any privacy question, write to contact@automps.eu.
When you send a programme request, we receive your name and role, organisation, work email, phone number (optional), location, the programme details you select and your message. We use this only to answer your request, plan a scoping call and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
When you apply as a technician, we receive your contact details, country of residence, languages, skills, experience, availability, your CV and any certificates you attach. We use this only to assess your application and contact you about AMPS programmes. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and steps before a possible employment contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing contact@automps.eu.
The password field on the application form is not sent to us or stored.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep requests and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete them afterwards unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics. When you choose a language, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email contact@automps.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
