What we do
A data programme for physical AI, run as a project.
Every AMPS programme is a project with a defined scope, deliverables, duration and an AMPS programme lead. Its purpose is the data; the repair work in the bays is how that data is captured.
Capture
Real work, real data.
Hand-eye coordinated movements, repair times, key repair moments and decision paths are recorded with tablets, smart glasses and video during real repair, maintenance and service work. The workshop gets that work done as a by-product.
Anonymise & structure
Data that models can learn from.
People, number plates and customer information are removed first. The data is then segmented into steps, labelled and aligned with timings.
Goal
Robotics and physical AI in repair.
Structured repair data is what physical-AI models need to learn repair tasks, starting with robot-assisted help on mundane jobs.

Working with OEMs and dealer groups.
Physical AI needs repair data at network scale, captured to one method across many sites. That is why we work towards partnerships with manufacturers, importers and large dealer groups: an OEM can take a programme into its dealer network, so today’s repair, maintenance and service work becomes the data behind tomorrow’s aftersales.
