People and privacy

Transformation with your people, not against them.

HQ may sign the programme, but it succeeds on the service floor. That is why people, privacy and your works council are part of every AMPS programme from the very first conversation, set out in writing before anything starts.

Our commitments

Six promises to your service floor.

01 Capacity is added, not replaced The AMPS team takes on extra, agreed work. It is there to relieve your team, not to replace anyone.
02 The work, not the person Capture focuses on hands, tools, parts and steps. Faces, plates and documents are removed before anything is processed.
03 No individual monitoring Captured data is never used to assess, rank or discipline individual members of staff.
04 Agreed in writing first What is captured, where, why and for how long is set out in the agreement before the first day.
05 Your works council involved A works council pack with briefing, notices and capture policy is part of every programme.
06 New skills for everyone Digital tools, smart glasses and new procedures are skills your own team can grow into as well.
The work, not the person

What we capture, and what we never do.

Capture is about how a job is done: the steps, the tools, the checks and the time. It is never about who did it, and it is never used to judge individual people.

Never captured or used ✕Customer and staff faces✕Number plates and vehicle IDs✕Documents and paperwork✕Names, addresses, phone numbers✕Screens: DMS, phones✕Reception, offices and staff rooms
